Overnight Ramp Storage Criteria
Aircraft may be left outside overnight only if all of the following conditions are met by approximately 9:00 PM (to allow for repositioning if weather changes):
- Sustained winds ≤ 10 knots
- 0% chance of precipitation overnight
- No thunderstorms or convective activity forecast within 25 NM

Weather forecast reviewed using all available sources, including:
- Aircraft is not a Cirrus
- Aircraft is scheduled to depart before 8:00 AM
- Aircraft is properly secured
Important: Use best judgment. If anything looks questionable, hangar the plane. Better safe than sorry.
Required Securement for Ramp-Stored Aircraft
If an aircraft is left outside overnight, ensure the following:
- Double chocks installed
- Gust lock installed
- Fuel caps verified sealed
- Status updated in the Next Day Reservation Tracker
- Any special conditions noted in the Notes section of the Dashboard
